With over 30 years of hospitality and estate service experience, and a BA in Business Management, I know what it takes to make every property guest-ready, every time.

My Story
I’m Mina Elbouihich, founder of Sierra Home Fresh LLC, based in beautiful Arnold, CA. My journey into the home cleaning and property care industry began with a personal challenge—finding a reliable cleaning service for my own short-term rental chalet. After trying multiple individuals and facing missed details and poor time management, I realized how difficult it is to find someone who truly understands the unique needs of STR properties. Every home is different, and STRs require consistent, detail-oriented cleaning after each guest—whether the space was used or not. Timeliness is essential, and following checklists should never be optional.

That’s why I started Sierra Home Fresh LLC: to provide professional, dependable service for fellow homeowners.

I bring over 30 years of experience in hospitality and private service, backed by a BA in Business Management. My career began in 1994 in Agadir, Morocco, where I served as Guest Relations Manager at Club Med. Since 2002, I’ve continued my work in the U.S., offering upscale personal and executive assistance to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, estates, and philanthropic foundations across the Bay Area—including San Francisco, Marin, and the Peninsula.

At Sierra Home Fresh, I combine my background in business management, calendar coordination, organization, and high-level service to offer STR homeowners peace of mind. I act as your eyes and ears—ensuring your home is spotless, secure, and guest-ready on time, every time.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trail running, hiking, kayaking, or simply relaxing in my backyard—soaking up the sun and listening to the peaceful sound of Moran Creek.
